PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a water absorption treatment material capable of preventing adhesion between each granulated material during manufacture.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method, which is a method for manufacturing a water absorption treatment material comprising a plurality of granulated materials, includes a granulation step S11 and an adhesion step S12. In the granulation step S11, a plurality of granulated materials are formed by granulating a material to be granulated by using an extrusion granulation machine.
