PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid contact between an absorber surface and a skin of a wearer effectively.SOLUTION: A skin contact sheet (SCS) is divided into flexible side edge parts and a body sheet part in a lateral width direction. The body sheet part is divided into fluid impermeable portions adjacent to the left and right side edge parts and a fluid permeable portion between the fluid impermeable portions. In a region of the SCS which includes a crotch part, the body sheet part is suspended from the flexible side edge parts toward an absorber surface. The region including the crotch part comprises an absorber joint part where the liquid permeable portion of the body sheet part and the absorber surface are joined.
