PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad, even when the absorbent pad is fixed to an underwear with leg periphery covers or holder underpants in use, preventing deviation of a crotch part and inhibiting leakage of a body fluid.SOLUTION: An absorbent pad 10 includes: an absorber 11 a liquid-permeable top sheet 12 to be superposed on one surface side of the absorber 11 a liquid-impermeable back sheet 13 to be superposed on the other surface side of the absorber 11 and two first folding parts 17a extending in one direction respectively and arranged in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.
