PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad which easily fits the body while worn and is attached to an inside of a diaper.SOLUTION: An absorbent pad 10 attached inside a diaper has: a longitudinal direction L； a width direction W orthogonal to the longitudinal direction L； a surface sheet 20； a reverse surface sheet 22； and an absorber 30 between the surface sheet 20 and the reverse surface sheet 22. A folding line F for folding the absorbent pad 10 in half is formed.
