PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hyperactivity inhibitor including a milk protein hydrolyzate, which originates from milk and is a material widely usable as food, as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: A hyperactivity inhibitor contains a milk protein hydrolyzate as an active ingredient. In a preferred embodiment, the milk protein hydrolyzate is a whey protein hydrolyzate or a casein hydrolysate, and the hyperactivity inhibitor is used for prevention or treatment of an attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
