The present invention provides a means for producing an organoid capable of secretion of plasma proteins, immune response, etc., in a manner close to that of an organ in a living body. As such a means, this matrix composition includes: (1) a first matrix that includes one or more cells selected from the group comprising vascular cells, nerve cells, and blood cells； (2) a second matrix that includes cells constituting an organ, and/or an organoid, and here, the first matrix encapsulates the second matrix, and the first matrix has at least one opening.La présente invention concerne un moyen de production d'un organoïde apte à sécréter des protéines plasmatiques, une réponse immunitaire, etc, d'une manière proche de celle d'un organe dans un corps vivant.
