The element has cylindrical convex and concave forms (1, 2) that are complimentary to each other and allow horizontal locking. The form (1) is smaller than that of the form (2), and the element is made of a thermosetting material. A tenon type device (3) and a mortise type device (4) permit auto locking of elements placed end to end and allow vertical locking. The devices (3, 4) are integrated in the forms (2, 1), respectively. The device (3) has dimensions complimentary to the device (4) with a clearance of 1mm between them. Two transversal holes (14) are provided for housing flat head plugs.
