The inner container (10) is cut to have a slope on both ends, and inserted and assembled to have a cylindrical shape and to overlap the convex part (11) and the concave part (12), and the through-hole (11a) of the convex part (11) positioned at the upper and lower parts in the mutually overlapped convex part (11) is combined to a hook coupling pin (13) from the outside to be assembled at a desired cylinder diameter. An outer edge is horizontally supported in the concave part (12) at the lower part inside the inner container (10), and a disk type soil support (20) having multiple drainage holes (21) on the surface is installed to be attachable/detachable. The outer container (30) has a blower fan (32) for forcing to circulate the air between the inner container (10) and the outer container (30). According to the present invention, the size is easily controlled by the cylindrical combination of the inner container having repeated convex parts and concave parts, and drainage and air circulation conditions according to the plant growth are satisfied by a through-hole formed on the convex part, which helps the plant growth.
