PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer assist apparatus which enables a care-receiver to get transferred without having a sense of uneasiness or fear, while reducing the burden on a caregiver.SOLUTION: A caregiver first keeps both of his/her feet wide apart and positions them on the floor to hold a care-receiver in his/her arms, or while putting either of both the feet between those of the care-receiver to hold the care-receiver, and then, the caregiver falls backward to sit down on a seat of the apparatus. The care-receiver comes to stand on the movable stand with his/her feet or foot put between the feet of the caregiver while the caregiver holds the care-receiver by the action of the caregiver to set down on the seat 4 in the state of keeping his/her feet placed on the movable stand. In this position, the caregiver sitting on the seat kicks the floor to turn the movable stand from a load stand 2 to help change the position of the care-receiver or turn to a different direction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】被介護者に不安感や恐怖感を与えることなく移乗を行え、かつ介護者への移乗の負担を軽減する移乗補助装置を提供する。【解決手段】介護者は、両股を開いて両足を床面上に位置させ、被介護者を抱きかかえるか、床面上に位置させた両足の一方の足を被介護者の両足の間に位置させつつ、被介護者を抱きかかえてから、被介護者を抱きかかえたまま介護者は後ろに倒れこむようにして椅子に座る。被介護者は、両足が可動台上に位置させた状態で介護者が椅子4に座る行動利用して介護者が被介護者を抱きかかえたまま介護者の両股の間または一方の足に跨った状態で可動台上に立った状態になる。この状態から介護者が椅子に座ったまま足で床面を蹴るようにして載置台2に対して回転させ、被介護者の位置及び向きを変える可動台を備えた構成とする。【選択図】図1
