PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane or a fiber capable of releasing chitin particulates effective for healing a wound.
SOLUTION: The porous polyamide complex carrying chitin particles is manufactured by: a process of dissolving polyamide and chitin in the common solvent of the polyamide and the chitin and obtaining a mixed solution a process of imparting a shape to the mixed solution and a process of treating the imparted shaped object with hot water and removing the common solvent. In the process of removing the common solvent, since calcium is rapidly removed, the surface of the shaped object becomes porous, and thus a toothbrush having the chitin particulates on the surface can be obtained for instance. The common solvent is calcium halide hydrate saturated alcohol solution, for instance.
