The extract is isolated from ginseng fruits flowers, stems, or leaves using water, alcohol of C1-C4, n-hexane, ethyl acetate, or mixture solvent thereof at 40-120°；C for 0.5-4 hours. The composition is manufactured in the form of powder, granules, tablets, capsules, suspension, syrup, aerosol for oral formulation, external use formulation or sterilized injection solution.
