The present invention relates to a functional feed grain fermentation additive containing a sugar nutrient added complex microbial culture medium, and a functional feed producing method using the same, wherein produced is the functional feed grain fermentation additive containing a complex microbial culture medium as a feed additive for replacing antibiotics through microbe mixture and culture: enhancing activation rate and survival rate by intensively cultivating useful microbes for fermenting a sugar source in two steps with a sugar nutrient culture medium containing a sugar nutrient as a composition for promoting proliferation of separately cultured microbes to verify usefulness and safety and to promote and activate proliferation of various kinds of complex microbes mixed with one another; remarkably improving a digestion and absorption rate while enhancing content of nutrients to improve an immune function for animals, fish and the like because of effectiveness caused by nutrition owned by grain fermentation glycogen like rice bran and activated complex useful microbes by mixing one or more kinds of grains or grain byproducts containing the rice bran with a complex microbe activation and culture medium realizing a complex synergy effect due to a coupling of different fungi and optimally composing and mixing a sugar nutrient culture medium with useful microbes to ferment a grain fermentation source; and being widely used in raising stock such as cow, pig and chicken, aquatic animal such as fish and abalone as well as stock raising by activating a physiological action because of a physiological activation material contained in the grain fermentation source.
