PURPOSE: A mass-producing method of inonotus obliquus mycelia using buckwheat is provided to prevent the elution of water-soluble components of the buckwheat by removing a dehydration process. CONSTITUTION: A mass-producing method of inonotus obliquus mycelia using buckwheat comprises the following steps: mixing 1,000g of buckwheat with 700~900g of distilled water, storing for 1~2hours to make the water content of the buckwheat into 49~52%, and filling the buckwheat into a culture container before sealing the container(S4)； sterilize-steaming the buckwheat(S5)； and injecting the inonotus obliquus mycelia to the buckwheat before cultivating(S6).본 발명은 메밀을 이용한 차가버섯균사체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 차가버섯 자실체인 균핵에서 추출한 균사를 근래 건강식품으로 이용되고 있는 구황식품인 메밀을 배지재료로 하여 차가버섯 균사체를 대량으로 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
