PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a taste flavor that has new and strong aroma and taste not expressed by a conventional technique and significantly stimulates palatability of a consumer.SOLUTION: An aroma component is recovered from a material for a tasty beverage by a gas-liquid countercurrent catalytic distillation method, a taste extract is obtained from a liquid or slurry residue of a material after the recovery, then the aroma component and a taste component in the taste extract are adsorbed on a synthetic adsorbent and desorbed by a solvent to prepare the taste flavor.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、従来の技術では表現することができなかった新規で強い香気や呈味を有し、さらには需要者の嗜好性を有意に刺激する嗜好性フレーバーの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】嗜好性飲料用素材を気液向流接触蒸留法によって香気成分を回収した後の素材の液状またはスラリー状の残渣から嗜好性抽出液を得て、次いで、嗜好性抽出液中の香気成分や呈味成分を合成吸着剤に吸着させ、溶媒により脱着することによって嗜好性フレーバーを調製する。【選択図】なし
