PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information collecting apparatus capable of collecting stable biological information by preventing imbalance in the amount of expansion in an action-receiving body caused by difference on the site to receive the action from a subject, and uniforming the amount of expansion of the action-receiving body.SOLUTION: A biological information collecting device 1 for collecting biological information of a subject includes: an action-receiving body 2 which has an internal space capable of holding a prescribed fluid and whose internal pressure varies by receiving an external action from the subject and a pressure detecting part 3 for detecting variation of the internal pressure. The action-receiving body 2 includes a plurality of cells 21a- 21e consecutively set in a straight line, and connection parts 22a-22d connecting adjacent cells to each other.
