PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressurization device whose operability and convenience have been improved.SOLUTION: A fluid pressurization device 10 for pressuring fluid includes a housing 20 in which an accommodation part 23 for accommodating fluid is formed inside, and a port part 25 which is communicated with the accommodation part 23 and is opened to the outside is formed, a plunger 30 which can move in an axial direction in the housing 20, pressurizes or depressurizes the fluid in the accommodation part 23, and causes the fluid to flow into/out of the port part 25, a regulation part 40 disposed in the housing 20 for regulating the movement of the plunger 30 with respect to the housing 20, and an auxiliary part 50 for moving the plunger 30 in a state that the movement of the plunger 30 is regulated by the regulation part 40.
