PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body pressure support cushion with a new structure and a mattress using the same which can cope with simplification of the structure and cost reduction while achieving body pressure dispersion by excellent cushioning property.SOLUTION: A body pressure support cushion 10 is provided with cells 24 which can be deformed to be expanded/contracted and forms fluid chambers 34 in a support face 54 on which a user is placed. A cell unit 22 is configured by communicating the fluid chambers 34 of the plurality of cells 24 with each other through a first communication path 38. The body pressure support cushion is also provided with volume-variable cell expansion/contraction auxiliary bodies 42 forming auxiliary fluid chambers 46.
