PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus of inexpensive smoking processed food though the smoking processed food is produced in limited amount, distributed in small amount in markets even though the smoking processed food is needed as a high grade gourmet food.SOLUTION: In the flotation process in which smoke 4 containing aroma and smoking element is continuously discharged at a regulated air pressure and an air quantity through a discharge port 3 in the bottom of a container 1 mostly filled up with water, salt water, soy sauce, alcoholic beverage or the like (hereafter referred to as liquid 2), and the aroma and the smoking element are dissolved into the liquid 2 by being brought into contact with the liquid 2 while naturally floating to the liquid surface 5, the smoke 4 stagnates and forms finely divided bubbles 6 by additionally setting an obstacle 7 which causes no clog, in the production apparatus of the liquid 2 containing the smoking element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】燻製加工食品は、美食・高級品としてニーズが有るにも係わらず、生産量が限られ、市場の流通も少ないが、安価な燻製加工食品を製造する製造機器の提供。【解決手段】水・塩水・醤油・アルコール飲料等(以下液体2と言う)を、略満たした容器内1の底部分の吐出口3から調整された気圧・風量で香りや燻製成分を含んだ煙4を連続に吐出し、液表面5に向かって自然に浮上しながら、液体2との接触で香りや燻製成分を該、液体2に溶け込ませる浮上経過に於いて、更に目詰まりの生じない障害物7を設ける事で、煙4が渋滞しながら小さく分裂した泡6を形成する燻製成分を含む液体2の製造機器。【選択図】図1
