PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed food combining plural kinds of food materials, capable of achieving an imagination that, condition setting of food materials in midway of production is considered, and the food materials are combined in an organic state, while saving energy, a combined food of hamburger steak and cheese, can be produced, and a production method and a production device of the same.SOLUTION: Plural different food materials are stored in a fluid flow state, then these food materials are extruded by a molding nozzle 3 for confluence of them, then the respective food materials are combined in a layer-state in a state of capable of being distinguished, so that, by combining plural different kinds of food materials, a processed food having various tastes and textures, is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 食材の製造途中の条件設定に着目し、これらを有機的に組み合わせるようにすれば、合理的かついわゆる省エネを達成しながら、チーズとハンバーグとの組み合わせ食品が製造できるであろうとの着想に至り、この着想に基づいてその実現を図ることのできる新規な異種食材を組み合わせた加工食品並びにその製造方法及び製造装置の開発を技術課題とした。【解決手段】 複数の異なる食材を流動可能な状態で貯留し、これら食材を成形ノズル3により押し出して合流させ、それぞれの食材を区別可能な状態で層状に組み合わせるように成形することを特徴として成り、異種の食材を組み合わせることにより、多様な味覚、食感を得ることのできる加工食品を提供することができる。【選択図】図1
