The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing processed food which produces processed food in a doughnut shape using meat, and which comprises the following: a body including a slide groove and an inlet path connected to the slide groove； a molding unit which is located in the slide groove to be moved linearly and includes at least one molding hole connected to the inlet path and allowing disks to be arranged thereon； a supplying unit connected to the inlet path, and filling ingredients for processed food into the molding hole； and an extraction unit neighboring to the body, and separating the ingredients for processed food filled in the molding hole when the molding unit moves toward the outside of the body.
