PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron capture therapy system capable of improving treatment efficiency.SOLUTION: A neutron capture therapy system 1 that irradiates a neutron beam N to a patient S includes: an irradiation chamber 3 surrounded by a blocking wall W for blocking the radiation of the neutron beam N from the inside to the outside of the chamber in which the patient S disposed therein is irradiated with the neutron beam N； a neutron beam irradiation part 8 for irradiating the inside of the irradiation chamber 3 with the neutron beam N； a blocking door D1 for closing a gateway 3b provided on the blocking wall W； a medicine supply pump 17 for supplying a medicine to the patient S； and a medicine supply pipe 18 for guiding the medicine to the patient S disposed inside the irradiation chamber 3 from the medicine supply pump 17.
