PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron capture therapy system capable of improving the operation efficiency of the entire system.SOLUTION: A neutron capture therapy system comprises: an accelerator 11 for emitting a charged particle beam P； irradiation chambers 30A, 30B in which a patient S can be disposed； neutron beam output units 12A, 12B which are irradiated with the charged particle beam P from the accelerator 11 to generate a neutron beam N； a beam transport passage 13 which switches a traveling direction of the charged particle beam P for allowing the neutron beam output units 12A, 12B to be selectively irradiated with the charged particle beam P； preparation chambers 50A, 50B provided adjacent to each of the irradiation chambers 30A, 30B； a treatment table 80 configured movable between the irradiation chambers 30A, 30B and the preparation chambers 50A, 50B； and a management chamber 70 provided adjacent to both of the preparation chambers 50A, 50B. The management chamber 70 includes a control device 71 for controlling the beam transport passage 13 such that the neutron beam output unit 12A or 12B corresponding to the irradiation chamber 30A or 30B in which the patient S is disposed is irradiated with the charged particle beam P.【課題】システム全体の稼働効率を高めることができる中性子捕捉療法システムを提供する。【解決手段】荷電粒子線Ｐを出射する加速器１１と、患者Ｓが室内に配置可能な照射室３０Ａ，３０Ｂと、加速器１１からの荷電粒子線Ｐが照射され中性子線Ｎを生成する中性子線出力部１２Ａ，１２Ｂと、荷電粒子線Ｐの進行方向を切り替えて荷電粒子線Ｐを中性子線出力部１２Ａ，１２Ｂに選択的に出射するビーム輸送路１３と、照射室３０Ａ，３０Ｂのそれぞれに並設された準備室５０Ａ，５０Ｂと、照射室３０Ａ，３０Ｂと準備室５０Ａ，５０Ｂとの間で移動可能に構成された治療台８０と、準備室５０Ａ，５０Ｂの全てに隣接する管理室７０と、を備える。管理室７０は、患者Ｓが配置された照射室３０Ａ，３０Ｂに対応する中性子線出力部１２Ａ，１２Ｂに荷電粒子線Ｐを照射するようにビーム輸送路１３を制御する制御装置７１を有する。【選択図】図３
