SOLUTION: The neutron capture therapy system is a system that irradiates an irradiated body with neutron rays. It is surrounded by a shielding wall that blocks the radiation of neutron rays from the room to the outside, and the irradiated body is placed indoors to emit neutron rays. An irradiation room for irradiation, a neutron beam irradiation unit that irradiates a neutron beam into the room of the irradiation room, a detection unit that detects a target person other than the irradiated object in the irradiation room, and an irradiation room by the detection unit. The neutron beam irradiation unit is provided with a control unit that does not irradiate the neutron beam unless the target person is not detected.
