PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cosmetic product capable of remarkably suppressing adsorption of quaternary cationic germicides to a hydrophilic sheet substrate, giving little roughness and sticking troubles of skin, and applying good feeling to the skin.SOLUTION: The sheet cosmetic product contains a liquid composition impregnated in a sheet substrate containing cellulosic fibers.
