PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive food product that has a dry fruit-like flavor and texture without having a fruit-pulp as the main raw-material.SOLUTION: We have obtained a dry fruit-like food product having a texture and flavor similar to dry fruit by impregnating seasoning liquid comprising fruit juice and sugar or the like to textured soybean protein and boiling down the same.
