PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter which guides seedlings to be thrown into seedling supply cups so as to enable the seedlings to be reliably thrown.SOLUTION: A transplanter is provided with: a seedling planting tool 2 for planting seedlings； a seedling supply device 3 supplying the seedlings to the seedling planting tool 2； and a seedling placing platform 4 on which a seedling box B is put in front of the seedling supply device 3. The seedling supply device 3 is composed of seedling supply cups 3a in which the seedlings are thrown and a rotary table 3d circularly carrying the seedling supply cups 3a. A seedling guide plate 3e where seedling guide holes 3f are formed, is detachably provided on the upper part on the seedling supply cups 3a. The guide holes 3f form guidance inclination parts 3g each having a posture along the upper side opening parts of the seedling supply cups 3a. The circular guidance inclination parts 3g directing in the center point directions of the guide holes 3f and downwards are formed in the guide holes 3f respectively.
