The flexible board 23 includes: a first board portion 40 on which the imaging element 22 is mounted; a second board portion 41 extending from the first board portion 40; and a third board portion 42 folded over the second board portion 41. The third board portion 42 has a plurality of pads 50 connected with the plurality of core wires 25 on an opposite surface 42a which faces the second board portion 41. The plurality of pads 50 are arranged in two separate pad columns. A first pad column 52 includes a core wire arrangement region 55 in which is arranged core wires 25 connected to a second pad column 53.
