PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tillage claw having improved soil crushing property and abrasion resistance as compared with the current tillage claw. SOLUTION. The work claw according to the present invention has a mounting portion that can be attached to the claw shaft, a vertical blade portion that extends from the mounting portion along a plane intersecting the rotation center of the claw shaft, and a blade having a curved end portion that cuts into the soil. It has a horizontal blade portion extending from the vertical blade portion while being curved in the direction of the claw shaft while having an edge portion, and has a tangent line at an arbitrary point of the blade edge portion, and the arbitrary point and the claw shaft. In the depth of cut that is the marginal angle between the straight line connecting the center of rotation and the center of rotation, the depth of cut in the vicinity of the cutting edge of the horizontal blade is the said at the boundary between the vertical blade and the horizontal blade. It is 50% or more and 60% or less of the cutting angle.
