PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilling claw capable of reducing tilling resistance and enhancing the speed of tilling work, and, even when increasing the tilling speed, preventing deterioration in clod breaking property and plowing performance.SOLUTION: In a state where a tilling claw is attached to a rotary claw shaft 1, when an intersection P of a curvature start line 7 of a horizontal blade part 4 is located at a lowest end, the curvature start line 7 is inclined at 0-5 degree angle on an opposite side of the rotary claw shaft 1, with respect to a perpendicular line passing through a shaft core of the rotary claw shaft 1, and a straight line passing the rotary shaft center and a center of a mounting base part 2 is inclined at 12-18 degree angle on an opposite side of the rotation direction, with respect to the perpendicular line. In the tilling claw, a horizontal dimension L of a blade part 5 to a tip is 0.9-1 times of a perpendicular dimension h from the intersection P to a shaft core of the rotary claw shaft 1, a height dimension W from a reference plane D to the tip of the horizontal blade part 4 in plane view, is 2.4-2.8 times of a height dimension h1 from the intersection P to a blade-part tip 50 of the blade part 5 in side view, and a curvature angle θ of the horizontal blade part 4 in plane view is 55-65 angle degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】耕耘抵抗が少なく耕耘作業速度を早くすることを可能とし、耕耘速度が増加しても砕土性やすき込み性能が低下することがない耕耘爪を提供する。【解決手段】回転爪軸1に取付けた状態で、横刃部4の湾曲開始線7の交点Pを最下端としたとき、回転爪軸1の軸芯を通る垂線に対し湾曲開始線7は、回転爪軸1と反対側に0度乃至5度角傾いていて、回転軸心と取付基部2の中心とを通る直線は、垂線に対し回転方向と反対側に12度角乃至18度角傾斜していて、刃部5の先端までの水平寸法Lは、交点Pと回転爪軸1の軸芯までの垂直方向の寸法hの0.9乃至1倍程度であり、平面視における基準面Dからの横刃部4先端までの高さ寸法Wは、側面視における交点P位置から刃部5の刃部先端50までの高さ寸法h1の2.4乃至2.8倍の寸法であり、横刃部4の平面視における湾曲角度θは、55度角乃至65度角である耕耘爪による。【選択図】 図1
