PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the land leveling performance of a rotary cultivation device.SOLUTION: A rotary cultivation device comprises: a rotary shaft that rotates around a shaft core; a plurality of cultivation pawls attached to the rotary shaft. The plurality of cultivation pawls comprise: a center cultivation pawl which is attached to a center part in a shaft center direction on the rotary shaft; one-side cultivation pawl which is arranged on a side of the center cultivation pawl and on an outer side of one side where is a direction toward to one end of the rotary shaft from the center part; other-side cultivation pawl which is arranged on a side of the center cultivation pawl and on an outer side of the other side which is a direction toward the other end of the rotary shaft from the center part.
