PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilling claw in which the tilling resistance is reduced, the tillage speed can be made quick, and soil crushing properties and plowing-in performance are never lowered even if the tilling speed is increased.SOLUTION: A tilling claw is integrally formed of a mounting base 2, a vertical blade part 3, and a horizontal blade part 4 continuously curved from the vertical blade part 3 toward the reverse direction to the rotation direction and laterally curved. The tilling claw has a blade part 5 in the end edge side facing the rotary outer circumferential side. In the tilling claw, the blade part 5 is configured such that the blade width gradually becomes wider toward the horizontal blade part 4 from the vertical blade part 3 side and becomes the maximum width at the tip of the horizontal blade part 4, a curve beginning line 7 of the horizontal blade part 4 is inclined at the angle of 10 degrees to 15 degrees on the opposite side of the mounting base 2 to the mounting base central line 20, a curve height H to the tip of the horizontal blade part 4 is substantially the same as the size from a mounting base central line 20 to the curve beginning line position P of a blade part end edge 51 and the size of 1.7-1.9 times of a folding curvature radius r1, and a curve angle θ is the angle of 65 degrees to 75 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】耕耘抵抗が少なく耕耘作業速度を早くすることを可能とし、耕耘速度が増加しても砕土性やすき込み性能が低下することがない耕耘爪を提供する。【解決手段】取付基部2と、縦刃部3と、縦刃部3から連続して回転方向と逆方向に向けて湾曲するとともに側方に湾曲された横刃部4とが一体となって形成され、回転外周側に面した端縁側に刃部5を有する耕耘爪において、刃部5は、縦刃部3側から横刃部4に向け徐々に刃幅が広くなり、横刃部4先端で最大幅となり、横刃部4の湾曲開始線7は、取付基部中心線20に対し、取付基部2の反対側に10度乃至15度角傾いていて、横刃部4先端までの湾曲高さHは、取付基部中心線20から刃部端縁51の湾曲開始線位置Pまでの寸法と略同一であるとともに、折り曲げ曲率半径r1の1.7乃至1.9倍の寸法であり、湾曲角度θは65度角乃至75度角である耕耘爪による。【選択図】 図1
