PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient explanation support device capable of supporting to efficiency explain to a patient.SOLUTION: The patient explanation support device in an embodiment includes: an identification part and a notification part. The identification part compares a piece of inspection result information with plural pieces of inspection result information explaining the same case based on a piece of information which represents the level to understand an inspection result, and identifies a piece of inspection result information which may reduce the time required for explaining to a patient.
