PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a worker for a medical treatment to confirm periodically a patient, and to surely inform that the patient unable to freely walk separates from a bed, falls down and is degraded.SOLUTION: When a sensor 1 detects a human, and a reading apparatus 3 reads an apparatus 2 for recognizing the worker for the medical treatment, a timer 14 is reset and when the time measured by the timer 14 reaches a specified time, it is informed by an information part 15 that a confirmation to the patient using the bed is not performed. In addition, whether the patient is such a patient that is required to be detected by the sensor 1 or not is registered as a detection presence or absence information, and when the sensor 1 detects a human, and the reading apparatus 3 does not read the apparatus 2 for recognizing the worker for the medical treatment, and in the case when the detection presence or absence information of the patient using the bed installed with the sensor 1 is such a patient that is required for detection, information is performed by an information part 16.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】医療従事者が定期的に患者の確認を行うことができるようにするとともに、自由に歩くことができない患者の離床や転倒/転落を確実に報知することができるようにする。【解決手段】センサー1が人を検出し、読取装置3が医療従事者認識装置2を読み取った場合に、タイマー14をリセットし、タイマー14により測定した時間が所定時間となった場合に、そのベッドを使用する患者に対する確認が行われていないことを通知部15により通知する。また、患者がセンサー1で検出する必要のある患者であるか否かを検出有無情報として登録しておき、センサー1が人を検出し、読取装置3が医療従事者認識装置2を読み取らなかった場合に、そのセンサー1が設置されたベッドを使用する患者の検出有無情報が検出の必要のある患者であるときには、報知部16により報知を行うようにしている。【選択図】図1
