The first terminal 2000 receives an input that specifies a requirement. The first terminal 2000 transmits the requirement information 20 indicating the requirement specified by the input to the notification processing device 3000 in combination with the patient identification information 30. The notification processing device 3000 receives the combination of the requirement information 20 and the patient identification information 30 transmitted from the first terminal 2000. The notification processing device 3000 uses any one or more of the requirements of the patient 10 specified by the received requirement information 20, the received patient identification information 30, and the location information about the patient 10 specified by the patient identification information 30.
