PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving convenience of a terminal carried by each staff member in a watching system. A terminal device stores a session ID of the notification application in a memory in the terminal device when a session is established between the notification application and a management device. When the terminal device is instructed to start the care recording application, the terminal device reads the session ID for the notification application from the memory and communicates with the management device using the session ID.
