PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical registration apparatus and a program capable of registering a correct pharmaceutical.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical registration apparatus includes: input means identification means determination means and notification means. The input means receives identification information for identifying a pharmaceutical. The identification means identifies a pharmaceutical from the identification information acquired by the input means. The determination means determines a degree of association indicating that the pharmaceutical identified by the identification means is an appropriate pharmaceutical while referring to patient information on a patient and preset pharmaceutical information. The notification means notifies an operator of the degree of association determined by the determination means as well as a reason for a degree indicated by the degree of association.
