FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, in particular to pharmacology, and can be used to identify and quantify key components in injectable medicines using Raman spectrometry. To do this, the spectrum of the drug is measured using a spectrometer in the original packaging. Obtained spectrum of the preparation is compared with the reference qualitative and quantitative models. In this case, the injection drug is considered as a mixture consisting of three components: an active ingredient, auxiliary components and a solvent. After that, the results are evaluated. Identification consists in determining the correlation coefficient for the analyzed spectrum with respect to the library spectrum. Method for identifying and quantifying the main components in injectable drugs is also provided, wherein the preparation is considered a mixture of two components: an active ingredient and a solvent.EFFECT: group of inventions provides more accurate results and reduces errors during the analysis.3
