PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a nurse performing a treatment job in a sickroom of a call from a patient without making the nurse carry a portable terminal and to enable the nurse who receives the call to obtain the patient information of the patient who has performed a calling operation further by utilizing a bedside monitor.SOLUTION: The nurse call system includes an ID information transmitter 6 carried by a nurse, an ID recognition device 7 provided in each bed 12 in a sickroom, for reading ID information from the ID information transmitter 6, and the bedside monitor 8. A controller 4 stores the arrangement information of the individual ID recognition device 7, recognizes the location of the nurse from nurse information obtained from the ID recognition device 7, and when a call is made from a nurse call slave unit 1, specifies the nurse present in a place near the nurse call slave unit 1 and the bedside monitor 8 near the nurse, transmits calling signals to the predetermined bedside monitor 8 and notifies the nurse of the call.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ベッドサイドモニタを活用することで、携帯端末を看護師に携行させることなく、病室にて処置業務中の看護師に対して患者からの呼び出しを通知でき、更に呼出操作をした患者の患者情報を呼び出しを受けた看護師が入手することができる。【解決手段】 看護師が携帯するID情報発信装置6と、病室のベッド12毎に備えられてID情報発信装置6からID情報を読み取るID認識装置7と、ベッドサイドモニタ8とを備え、制御装置4は個々のID認識装置7の配置情報を記憶し、ID認識装置7から入手した看護師情報から看護師の居場所を把握し、スコール子機1から呼び出しが成されたら、そのナースコール子機1に近い場所にいる看護師及びその看護師に近いベッドサイドモニタ8を特定し、特定したベッドサイドモニタ8に呼出信号を伝送して呼び出しを看護師に通知する。【選択図】 図1
