PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of recovering seedlings without planting the seedlings in a farm field by changing tracks of planting the seedlings during planting the seedlings in a ridge line. SOLUTION: In the transplanter, a line cut off operation tool 60 for making a line cut off state where seedling planting rows are not formed is provided to a planting device 8 that is a part of a seedling planter 9, and the line cut off state is attained by operation of this line cut off operation tool 60 so as not to make seedlings on the soil surface into a planting posture, even if a delivery action of mat seedlings is done while moving a seedling tank 6 to right-and-left transverse directions, or even if a planting action by the planting device 8 is done.
