PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl house and a holding tool for vinyl house excellent in workability and being inexpensive. SOLUTION: A holding tool 130 is provided in a vinyl house 100 for opening or closing a roof part film 201 and a side part film 202 by using an upper winding-up pipe 111 and a side winding-up pipe 114 and holds a belt-attaching shaft 122 imparting stretch or loosening by winding to a plurality of parallel belts 121 pressing each winding-up pipe and each film from upper surface of aggregate of the vinyl house 100. The holding tool 130 has a flat plate-like polyester belt 131 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the belt-attaching shaft 122, an eye bolt 132 arranged in a plurality of rows in the longitudinal direction on the polyester belt 131 and held through the belt attaching shaft 122 and a polyester belt attaching tool 133 for fixing the polyester belt 131 while interposing a hollow pipe 102 together with the polyester belt 131.
