PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for a minimally invasive surgery, the treatment instrument that is used by a single hole-type laparoscopic surgery or the like, and hardly leaves a scar after surgery while inserting percutaneously, and also, never damages a supporting tissue while ensuring a stable holding, and thereby enables a protection-like holding and is secured.SOLUTION: A treatment instrument for a minimally invasive surgery comprises: an outer cylinder pipe 1 formed in an outside diameter of 3 mm or less a shaft axially sliding in the outer cylinder a gripping member 3 provided in the tip part of the shaft reciprocatably from the tip of the outer cylinder pipe, stored in a memory in a shape expanded in an actual state by an elastic member, and including the gripping surface of three claws 31 on the tip and an outer cylinder pipe base 4 and a shaft base 5 provided in a proximal end of the outer cylinder pipe and the shaft, and serving as an operation unit relatively slid in an axial direction. The gripping member is widened when projected from the outer cylinder pipe, but the tip part of the gripping member 3 is projected from an outer cylinder pipe tip 11 even in a closed state stored in an outer cylinder pipe, and thereby the tip shape is formed in a curved surface tapered in a taper shape.
