An absorbent article manufacturing device is formed by mutually combining a plurality of processing units (2). Spacers (6) are provided on the bottom of the processing units (2) to form a lower space (SL) between an installation plane (PI) where the processing units (2) are installed and the processing units (2). Product-related articles such as materials are moved within the lower space (SL). Alternatively, manufacturing-related articles such as electrical wiring are arranged within the lower space (SL).
