The edible oil composition is blend oil comprising frying oil and non-frying oil, and can prevent the case that the color fades due to heating. The edible oil composition comprises 3-90 parts by weight of frying oil and 10-97 parts by weight of non-frying oil, and contains 4.5-20 ppm of phosphorus.
