PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein Okara which is a by-product in the process of producing tofu, is mostly treated as industrial waste, although there is a large amount of fiber and it is not digestive, low-abundance protein and fat are further consumed as food or feed, or a new consumption form in addition to food or feed is desired, and when it is left outdoors for long time as industrial waste, useful string, protein and fat rot to emit malodor, resulting in the factor of environmental pollution. SOLUTION: Bacillus natto is implanted on Okara to produce Okara with bacillus natto. The aged Okara with bacillus natto is enough kneaded to obtain stickiness in the same way as treating clay for ceramic art, and worked in the form of a flowerpot, a red bean or a piece, and dried according to usage, or dried to make finished goods baked like ceramics.
