PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject hood whose handling becomes easy by folding it down accompanying with the rotation of a linking member for folding down and which covers the upper side of a driving seat and is linked to the specific linking member. SOLUTION: This hood for a driving seat in a transplanter installed with a driving seat 8 equipped with a seat 7 on a traveling machine body 1, arranged with supplementary stands 11 for loading a plant for transplanting at left and right side positions before the driving seat 8, where the left and the right supplementary stands 11 are linked at an upper side through a gate like linking member 13 which is mounted freely foldably and rotatably, is provided by protruding to an upper side and covering the upper side of the driving seat. In this case, it is preferable to arrange that the fulcrum point for the folding and rotation of the linking member is positioned in the vicinity of a position equal to the height of the seat 7.
