PURPOSE: A cooking method of tteokbokki (rice cakes in hot sauce) using mushroom strains is provided to add mushroom powder containing the mushroom strains to tteokbokki.CONSTITUTION: Mushrooms are cleanly washed and dehydrated (1). The washed mushrooms are spread on a drying plate, and mushroom strains are cultivated in a drying chamber without light to obtain mushrooms with strains. The mushrooms with strains are dried and crushed (2). The mushroom powder with strains is stored inside a sealed container (3). Seasonings are boiled with the mushroom powder with strains to obtain stock for tteokbokki.
