PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut rice cake having a beautiful roasted form and easy to eat, by installing a downgage recess to decrease the volume of a rice cake body and creases to divide a burnt surface on the upper surface and lower surface of a rice cake body.SOLUTION: This cut rice 1 packed in a small piece film pack and formed of a rectangular flat body is obtained by adopting a means of installing a downgage recess 30 to decrease the volume of a rice cake body by 20-30% on the central part of an upper surface 20 and a lower surface 21 forming the rectangular flat body, and making the form of the downgage recess symmetrical each to the direction of a long side 23 and the direction of a short side 24, and a means of installing at least two creases 31 of &le；1 mm incision depth, equally dividing the long side and parallel to the short side, on the upper surface and the lower surface forming the rectangular flat body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】餅体の上面と下面に餅体の体積を減少させる肉盗み凹部と、焦げ面を分割する筋目を設けて、焼き上がり形状が美しく食べやすい切り餅の提供を図る。【解決手段】長方形の平板方形体で形成される小片フィルムパック包装の切り餅１において、該長方形の平板方形体を形成する上面２０と下面２１の中央部に、餅体の体積を２０～３０％減少させる肉盗み凹部３０を設け、該肉盗み凹部の形状は長辺２３方向ならびに短辺２４方向に対して其々対称形である手段と、前記長方形の平板方形体を形成する上面と下面に、長辺を等分割すると共に短辺に対して平行である筋目３１を、切り込み深さ１ｍｍ以下において少なくても二以上設けた手段を採る。【選択図】図２
