PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a step floor with a battery-fixing function for facilitating removal of battery.SOLUTION: A step frame 22 is constituted of right and left plate frames 22a, 22a, a laterally-directed frame member 22c, and a bottom plate 22b. A front-side engaging recess 21f is formed at the lower front part of the step floor 21, and an encircled recess 21b is formed at the rear side.
