PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of low-salinity colored garlic salt is provided to facilitate the manufacture of garlic salt with low cost, and to contain low salinity, and a variety of inorganic materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of low-salinity colored garlic salt comprises the following steps: pulverizing or chopping raw garlic or black garlic； preparing a calcium-enriched garlic additive by mixing 100wt% of the garlic and 0.002-4wt% of calcium powder； mixing 100wt% of salt with 10-40wt% of the calcium-enriched garlic additive, and drying the mixture in a constant temperature dryer at 30-70deg.C by stirring the mixture every 1-3 hours for 3-12 hours.
