The print medium 1 is automatically cut at the position of a severance line 7 perpendicular to the die-cut line 6 referenced to a cut mark 8 added to the back 1b of the print medium 1. Because the edges 1d of the severed print medium piece 1c are perpendicular to the die-cut lines 6, separating the die-cut portion 2 from the print medium 1 can be easily started along the die-cut line 6.
